The Landing at Southpoint is a condominium community located in Durham, NC. The community was constructed in two phases. The first phase of 54 one- to three-bedroom homes in two three-story buildings was constructed in 2008. The second phase was constructed in 2020 and comprises 25 three- and four-bedroom townhouse-style condominiums in five buildings.

Resident amenities at The Landing at Southpoint include a clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and a dog park.
